The Individual license ($499) is for one athletic trainer on one computer, such as a solo clinician. The Group license ($999) covers 4 computers and up to 4 athletic trainers. Two Individual licenses cost about the same as one Group license, so once you have two trainers, the Group license is the better choice. A bigger staff adds a Group license for every 4 more trainers. A district needs one per school, and one quote can cover all of them.

Yes. Get in touch with your license ID, and what you paid for the Individual license will count toward the Group license.

You can install it on as many as you like, but each computer needs its own key before it opens. A Group license comes with 4 keys and an Individual license with 1. They're for computers your organization owns or controls, used by its own athletic trainers.

Remove the trainer who left in Settings → Athletic trainers, then add the new one. The license limits how many trainers you have at a time (up to 4 on a Group license), not who they are.

Once you've paid, download Lulu EMR and open it on each computer. The license screen shows that computer's code. Type the code and the email you paid with into the activation page, and the key appears right away. Each key only works on the computer it was made for. After that, Lulu EMR never needs the internet, and the key doesn't expire.

Your keys are still yours. Send us your license ID and the new computer's code, and we'll move the key over.

Every 1.x release, whether it's a fix, an improvement or a new feature, plus help by email. It runs from the day you buy until version 2.0 comes out. You decide when to install each update.

Nothing, unless you want it to. Your version is yours and keeps working. If you want 2.0, the upgrade is $499 per Group license or $249 per Individual license, and it comes with updates and email support until 3.0. New 2.0 licenses will cost $1,499 and $799: today's price plus the upgrade, rounded up to a price ending in 99. There's never a subscription.

Yes. Request a quote with your school's details. We'll send a quote and an invoice you can pay by check or bank transfer, and we're happy to fill out vendor forms.

Online, through PayPal's checkout, with a credit or debit card or a PayPal account. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card. For the Group license, choose how many you need at checkout (one for every 4 athletic trainers). Schools can also pay by purchase order.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Most schools are tax-exempt. If sales tax applies to your purchase, we'll contact you about it before your license is issued. Tax-exempt schools paying by purchase order can include their exemption certificate.
