Activation
Get a computer's license key.
Open Lulu EMR on the computer you're activating, and its license screen will show a code. A Group license covers 4 computers and an Individual license covers 1. Each key only works on the computer it was made for.
Which email do I use?
The one your PayPal receipt went to. That's your PayPal account's email, or the email you typed in if you paid by card. Your purchase is recorded as soon as PayPal confirms it, which usually takes less than a minute.
Paid with a purchase order?
Send us each computer's code along with your license ID, and we'll email you the keys.
Replacing a computer?
If all your keys are in use, contact us with your license ID and the new computer's code, and we'll move a key over.
What does this page send?
Only what you type here. We use it to check your purchase with PayPal and make the key. Lulu EMR itself never connects to the internet, and none of your records leave your computer.
